Rules for academic teachers applying for mobility under the Erasmus+ Programme
Rules for the 2023/2024 academic year
- Under the Erasmus+ Programme (Erasmus), an academic teacher of Wyższa Szkoła Lingwistyczna (WSL) may travel only to a partner university holding an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (Charter) with which the university has signed the relevant agreement (list of bilateral agreements in Appendix No. 1).
- The purpose of an academic teacher’s mobility is to teach classes for students of the partner university. Before the academic teacher travels to the partner university, the programme of classes to be delivered by the academic teacher should be agreed between the parties.
- Application forms are available on the website www.wsl.edu.pl and from the WSL International Cooperation Office.
- A teacher travelling to a foreign university receives a grant (scholarship) intended to cover additional costs related to travel and stay at the partner university. The grant is not intended to cover the full costs of staying abroad. The amount of this grant is calculated based on the rates applicable under the Erasmus+ Programme (KA103).
- The stay of an individual academic teacher at the partner university must begin and end between 1 June 2020 and 30 September 2021. An academic teacher’s mobility may not be shorter than 2 days. The teacher must complete a minimum of 8 teaching hours.
- Upon return, the academic teacher submits the following documents to the International Cooperation Office:
- a certificate from the partner university confirming that classes have been delivered (minimum 8 hours);
- the Erasmus teacher-grantee questionnaire (online form);
