Rules for the 2023/2024 academic year

1. Under the Erasmus+ Programme (Erasmus), an administrative staff member of Wyższa Szkoła Lingwistyczna (WSL) may travel to an institution within the European Union.

2. The purpose of an administrative staff member's training mobility is to improve skills and qualifications related to the nature of the work performed at WSL, exchange experience, and broaden knowledge in a given field.

3. Before an administrative staff member travels to a partner university, the parties should agree on a training programme specifying the programme, objectives and expected outcomes.

4. Application forms are available on the website www.wsl.edu.pl and from the WSL International Cooperation Office.

5. An employee travelling to a foreign university receives a grant (scholarship) intended to cover additional costs associated with travelling to and staying at the partner university. The grant does not cover the full costs associated with staying abroad. The amount of the grant is calculated on the basis of the rates applicable under the Erasmus+ (KA103) programme, as determined by the National Agency.

6. An administrative staff member's stay at the partner university must begin and end between 1 June 2023 and 30 September 2024. Upon return, the administrative staff member submits the following documents to the International Cooperation Office:

   • a certificate from the partner university confirming completion of the training,
   • an Erasmus staff grant holder questionnaire (online form),
